All sleep data you enter into the app is stored exclusively on your device using your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to any server.

What We Don't Do

• We do not share data with third parties
• We do not require account creation or login

Local Storage

The app uses your browser's localStorage to save your sleep logs, settings, and preferences. This data:

• Exists only on your device
• Can be cleared at any time through the app's Settings tab or your browser settings
• Is not accessible by us or any third party

Export Feature

The app includes an option to export your sleep data as a CSV file. This file is generated locally on your device and downloaded directly to your device. No data is transmitted to any server during this process.

Notifications

The app may request permission to send bedtime reminders via browser notifications. This is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time. Notification preferences are stored locally on your device.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
